Are you looking for a sauce for your deep fried wings??
1/2 cup Franks original hot sauce
1/2 cup water
2 or 3 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)
Mix ingredents together in a small sauce pan and heat to dissolve the sugar (bring to a boil then off to cool). Deep fry your wing sections as you normally would, let cool for a bit then into a bag or bowl with 2 tbsp of the sauce per 1/2 dozen wings, shake the dickens out of them for good coverage. Place the wings in a pan and into a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes to reheat and watch them dissappear!!! We've used this recipe on chicken and duck and it rocks the house, the picture is Maple Leaf Farms Duck Drumettes!!!
