This chili will be a little different for everyone that makes it because of the seasoning of the meat that goes into the recipe.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

2 CUPS DRIED RED BEANS

1 LB YOUR FAV PULLED PORK

1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED

2 10 OZ CAN MILD ROTEL W/GREEN CHILES

1 TBSP ONION POWDER

1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER

2 TBSP CHILI POWDER

1 TBSP KOSHER SALT

1/2 TBSP COARSE BLACK PEPPER

1/2 TSP TUMERIC

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the beans as you normally would (do not drain), add all the other stuff and some water to make it soupy and simmer for about 20 minutes. Pretty easy and very tasty.
